I made this card for a friend of the family for her 70th Birthday.  Can you guess that her favourite coloour is purple?

Tuesday Digital Challenge

This is my submission for the Digital Tuesday Challenge.  The theme this week is your favourite ice cream combinations, so mine is rainbow!  It happened to luckily coincide with the last of the birthday parties, a rainbow party.  I was really happy with the way this came up, to the point where I wish I didn't have to give it away.  At least the mother of the recipient is into card making herself and won't throw it away.

More Birthday Cards!

I am nearly at the end of all the birthday parties, just one more to go!  It  has been crazy since Easter.  These are two more cards that I made.  I made a third, but I was in such a rush with it, I forgot to take a picutre of it.  Never mind.

I'm really pleased with the way the dinosaur came up.  The stamp doesn't have lines for the contours of his legs, I extended the shading while I was colouring.

Since we are on the theme of birthdays, I thought I might add the invitation I made for Nessa's party.

Birthday's Galore!

It is the season for little girls birthday parties! My eldest daughter had her own birthday party, plus another last weekend and will be attending another three this weekend. Needless to say, I have had an awful lot of cards to make, so I thought I would share a few. The above card was for my daughter Nessa. We gave her a Repunzel Barbie and I thought this would go nicely. She loved it! Below are two that will be handed out this coming weekend, and two that have already been gifted.  I still have another two to make. At least the images are coloured in, so all I have to do is create a card around them.  I hope you like them.

Mother's Day

I have finally got around to actually uploading something I have made! I think I need a lot more practice in photography and photo editing, but this will have to do for now. I made this for my Mum. I won't see her until Wednesday, giving some much needed extra time to finish. Things have just been so crazy buzy of late it is rediculous, hence the late creation. It is made though, that is the main thing.

I finally did it!

I have finally created my blog!  I have been trying to get this organised for at least 6 months, but it was all too hard and confusing.  My aim is to put a new post up each week featuring a card or other project I have made.  I guess time will tell  how well I stick to this goal.  The other pages are still a work in progress, so bare with me for a little while longer.  I will get it sorted out as soon as I can, but September is a really busy month with the new catalogue launch, school holidays and birthdays. So, stay posted!
